In conjunction with Forsgren Associates of Utar, USA, ACSG has entered a Joint Venture (JV) indigenous collaboration to setup an IPP Power Producing company in Nigeria to supply on-grid and off-grid electricity to specific off-takers (private, corporate and government) utilising hydro technology and cutting edge nuclear technology currently undergoing final tests with the department of energy, United States of America.
The first hydro plant to be located in Gurara Waterfalls is built for 110 MW power generation at the first instance. Gurara Waterfallsis located in Niger State, North Central Nigeria. The waterfalls is approximately 30metres in height and it lies on the Gurarariver along the Suleja-Minna Road.
The JV company is also established to deliver solar technology for low housing projects utilising prefab housing techniques and water conservation strategies to ensure a sustainable development.
