ChiefG.O.C Amuchienwa is the founder Chairman and visionary of ACSG (Africa Consolidated Services Group). He is an accomplished business man and an advocate of Total Quality Management (TQM). Over the last 20 years of active business, he has been in various core sectors spanning Marine logistics services, shipping – Wet Cargo brokerage/operations, Crude Oil and Petroleum Products trading, Construction, Dredging, Financial and Investment advisory services, and Solid Minerals exploration/mining.
In the late 1990’s into the millennium as Chairman of Indigenous firm Rapha Services Limited he successfully negotiated and concluded the Joint Venture between the latter and the second largest private Crude oil Tanker fleet owner in the world, now MessrsTsakos Energy Navigation – Greece. He also pioneered one of the first major Oil asset acquisitions by an African owned firm in China, in 2007, situated in the Daqing region under Southgate Resources Global(HK).
Chief Amuchienwa also sits as Chairman on the Board of ACSG Integrated Technical Concepts Limited, the latter being sole distributors in Nigeria for Speed Limiter/tracking and antitheft devices manufactured by Summit Systems/Oner – China, He is also Executive Chairman of ACSG Investment Partners who are independent consultants on Finance and Public Private Partnership FDI projects for the government of Abia State. They also represent and partner with Global Synergy Corporation–(Houston) for Oil and Gas related investment Projects in Nigeria, Geonel Integrated Services Limited- For Defence Contracting Projects and Real Estate Developments andGravita Exim of India for turnkey Lead Mining and processing Plant operations for Nigeria.
His formative education was obtained from an early age in the United Kingdom and attended the Barfield Preparatory School(Surrey UK), the prestigious Seaford College in Petworth – (Sussex UK), and further obtained a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Port Harcourt.
