Mrs. Truman is a seasoned “retired Bank Executive technocrat” and accomplished businesswoman with over 21 years experience. Her first 11 years of experience was in the Banking Industry where she excelled and had a reputation of leading the bank managed by her into a profitable position within the industry. After that spell she gained further valuable experience in business development and financial services as Executive Director of Interdas Limited with head office in New York and Nigeria. She was to this effect involved in sourcing of funds and disbursement via Foreign Direct Investment to projects in the African continent.
She has specific expertise in establishing and developing medium and large scale enterprises and promoting business/finance advisory services, NGO’S or International Organizations that work on projects related to Education, Poverty alleviation, human resource development, strategic management and training. She is an active member of the center for Management Development, Nigerian Institute of Management, National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. Her wisdom, experience and commitment to total quality management is invaluable to the Southgate family.
